Black Diamond Broadcasting Names Shannone Dunlap Executive VP & General Manager

Black Diamond Broadcasting proudly announces the appointment of Shannone Dunlap as its new Executive Vice President and General Manager. With a distinguished 30+-year career in the radio industry, and current Chairperson of the Michigan Association of Broadcasting’s Board, Dunlap brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and vision to oversee all of Black Diamond Broadcasting’s properties across Michigan.


Dunlap’s career is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence in broadcasting, her innovative approach to audience engagement, and her ability to foster strong relationships within the industry. She has held pivotal leadership roles, driving growth and delivering outstanding results for stations and teams under her guidance.


In her new role, Dunlap will oversee strategic operations and management for Black Diamond Broadcasting’s portfolio of stations and digital division, ensuring they continue to deliver top-quality programming, serve local communities, and thrive in an ever-evolving media landscape.

Another Successful Year for "Blanket the North"

Now, in its 16th year, "Blanket the North" continues to provide for the residents of northern Michigan. A nice collection was picked up from all three northern Michigan Toyota Dealers. All contributions will be used locally for families in need this winter season via the The Salvation Army USA! Black Diamond Broadcasting stations along with northern Michigan Toyota Dealers Fernelius Toyota in Cheboygan, Serra Toyota of Traverse City and Fox Toyota of Cadillac collect gifts of warmth annually during these cold Michigan months.
